About SASCO Senior Citizens’ Home SASCO Senior Citizens’ Home is a registered charity and social service programme under SASCO Ltd, established in 1981 to provide compassionate care for elderly individuals in need, regardless of race, language, or religion. Today, we operate a Sheltered Home at Hong San (Evergreen Place) with capacity for 102 seniors, alongside multiple Senior Care Centres and Active Ageing Centres across Singapore. Our services include residential care, day care, dementia care, rehabilitation, and community engagement programmes that promote dignity, independence, and holistic well-being. As an affiliate of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and holder of IPC status, SASCO remains committed to enriching lives through person-centred care and active ageing initiatives.


Job Description

IT Executive 

Company: SASCO Senior Citizens’ Home

Location: Alexandra

Reports to: Head, Information Technology

Job Purpose: Support the day-to-day IT operations and enable digital initiatives across the organization, ensuring reliable end user services, secure systems, and effective use of AI and data. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. End‑User Support
  2. System Monitoring & Administration
  3. AI Deployment & Support
  4. Data Analytics & Dashboard Visualisation
  5. Video Development & Maintenance
  6. Intranet Maintenance
  7. Flow Diagramming & Documentation
  8. Other Duties as assigned by the Head, Information Technology


Qualifications & Skills

  • Positive, team‑player mindset;
  • Good communication & problem‑solving skills;
  • Detail‑oriented & responsible
  • Flexibility to support after‑hours or weekend work when maintenance windows or operational needs arise.
  • Fresh graduates may apply; candidates with internship/project experience in support, dashboards, or AI automation will be viewed favorably.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Diploma/Degree in IT/Information Systems or related field.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, basic scripting/automation, and service management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization (Talend, Qlik), and content creation workflows.
  • Understanding of PDPA and internal data‑handling practices for staff and client information.
