We are looking for a Working Student who will be responsible to take over day to day support activities in the Sartorius Academy unit.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Arranging meetings, follow up learners, managers, rework content with respect to design
• Create, curate and edit slides to meet branding guidelines and other layout & formatting
• Set up & maintain collaboration platforms
• Set up meetings & take care of calendar invites
• Non-digitalized tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree graduate in any field
• Ability to integrate into teams easily
• Proficiency with MS Office especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Reliability and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and to act flexible when taking over tasks on short notice
• Fluent in English
• Appreciative of flexible working hours
• Able to commit at least 1 year with possibility to be converted to full time employee depending on business situation and individual performance.
