• Working days: 6 days (Included weekend/PH)
• Working hour: 8 to 9 hours per day + OT Available
• Able to commit 6 days work / 44 hours
• Passion in the f&b industry

Role & Responsibilities:

• To greet and acknowledge every walk-in guest with warm and friendly smile
• To lead guests to be seated comfortably
• To present menu, promote boutique specials, take and deliver orders to customers
• To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally such as water refills, presenting bills etc
• To ensure all condiments/sauces are re-filled, cutlery are cleaned and available for use at all times, and mise en place at all stations and bar are topped up for operations use
• General housekeeping and cleaning: sweeping, mopping, washing the glasses and cutleries, cleaning of furniture and fittings, and up-keeping of restrooms (if applicable)
• To key in guests’ orders to POS system with accuracy under supervision
