Given that the Asia & JPAC region is a diverse group of 15+ countries with a growing vaccine market, the purpose of the role is to leverage digital communication channels to meet our customer needs.
Sanofi Pasteur is looking for motivated and results driven individuals to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Analyst in our regional office in Singapore.

Job Summary
- You will report directly to the Regional Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with him on digital and social projects from South Korea to Australia.
- This internship will give you a taste of many projects including: Launching Apps in new countries, Social Media Monitoring experience for multiple countries, Consolidate analytics reports, Provide recommendations to optimize our digital footprint, Support our digital campaigns…
- You will collaborate with Senior managers to ensure strategy alignment in the region.
- Those initiatives target mainly patients, healthcare professionals and consumers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Social Media Monitoring
- Active review of social mentions online by using Synthesio.
- Deliver Monthly reports on Social Media Listening.
- Keep up to date the list of Digital Opinion Leaders.
- Propose actions on our channels to leverage your findings.
- Website Strategy
- Consolidate the reports provided from each country each month.
- Propose a way to improve the reporting on Google analytics.
- Monitor and report on paid search KPIs, drive performance insights from weekly dashboards.
- Participate in the content management committee.
- Propose actions to drive more traffic to our websites.
App Excellence
- Consolidate the reports provided from each country each month.
- Develop from A to Z with a country of the region a launch plan for one of our successful game.
- Work hand to hand on the paid ads strategy for the whole region.
- Be a key part in the features definition of a new app and support its launch.
Project Management
Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights.
Test and learn approach new initiatives.
Deliver regular status report to the marketing and IT team
- Experience & Knowledge
- You are looking for an experience which will make you say that you save lives for a living.
- You already had an exposure to digital projects (Website, Mobile Application, Social Media Campaign and Campaign Management).
- You are efficient on Google Analytics and have some knowledge about GTM and events creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian Bahasa, both written and oral is a plus.
- Hardware and telecommunications knowledge
