Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to our guests (face to face/phone calls)
- Have good knowledge of our products in order to present it to our guests
- Provide presentation and walk through for our VR experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues - maintain visual standards
- Performing other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year work experience in customer service industry preferred
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and open to learning new products and features
- Passion for technology and gaming
- Willing to work shifts on weekends
