The individual is required to enhance the customer online shopping experience and contribute to the growth of our online business. Well verse and has experience in executing customer order fulfillment, maintaining the technology and infrastructure. Analysing data that generate commercial insights, building and managing effective relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business. Suitable for individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
Key Requirements
- Prior working experience with content management systems (CMS) and online marketplaces (e.g. Lazada, Qoo10, etc)
- Self-motivated and naturally organised individual
- Creative with good attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, task driven and positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
