Salus Nanotechnologies – Research Intern

Salus us a a materials technology company developing advanced coatings products for consumer and engineering businesses. We are focused on Innovative coatings with value added features which will create significant impact in energy efficiency, health and hygiene, and engineering industry. 

We are looking for high motivated interns with background in chemical or materials engineering, or chemistry, or polymers. Positions are best suited for candidates with strong inclination towards star-ups (innovation space in general). Candidates who like to work independently and explore new ideas by going out of the way, are welcome.  

The jobs scope involves making chemical formulations and applications of coatings solutions which offer water repellent or hydrophobic properties. Scale up, testing, QA, and packaging are also part of the job. Applications of products include solar panels, metal surfaces, heat exchangers, as well as certain porous materials like textiles. The work is related to wet chemistry.
