SCOPE OF WORK:
- Create visual communications for multi-brands to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner which includes marketing materials, websites and other media
- Create visual marketing solutions for digital and print formats
- Complete all projects on time, within budget, and on strategy
- Demand excellence and have a clear POV on quality and regional nuance
- Consult with the marketing manager, copywriter and operations teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our brand goals
- Review all proofs for accuracy for final production and make sure final prints reflect company specifications
- Schedule posts in advance and/or be on standby to upload posts in Realtime onto various Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram,etc).
- Shoot and edit photos for new product launches
- May assign or modify design workload among other designers and interns based on their respective job assignments, expertise, and the complexity of the design jobs involved
- Maintains creativity by staying current with industry standards, processes, design trends, and standards
- Assists other designers and interns with design and technical solutions or with finding outside resources needed to complete jobs
- Willing to take up any other non-design duties and additional off-work hours when required
- Be an organized team player, a willingness to learn and demonstrate proficiency in leading a project from start to finish
REQUIREMENTS
- Create visual communications for multi-brands to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner which includes marketing materials, websites and other media
- Meeting tight deadlines and staying within budget
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- Continuous learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current
- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent
- Creative and artistic mindset
- Comfortable handling a demanding workload and a high level of responsibilities
