Working along side with the Online Operations Manager, you will be part of the team to:
- Develop ideas and support initiatives to improve online operations efficiency (i.e. creating playbooks, enhancing the delivery experience of consumers, etc.).
- Develop strategies for customer satisfaction to increase the quality of customer care.
- Handling user experience issues with loyalty programs.
- Ensure all menus and product availability are updated accurately on 3rd party delivery platforms and in-house applications.
- Drive ad-hoc projects related to online operations.
We're looking for someone with:
- Preferably an existing student in a local school (university/polytechnic/ITE).
- Ability to handle ambiguity.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Desire to understand and delight customers.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
