Job Description

Main / Key Responsibility(ies)

  1. Manage and review internship programme and the placement of interns for HQ, Clubs and Business Units.
  2. Responsible for the recruitment of temporary staff for HQ, Clubs and Business Units.
  3. Responsible for online job postings and advertisement, and manage the job portals.
  4. Handle and screen phone calls enquiries from candidates, and arrange for interview.
  5. Responsible for contacting prospective candidate, offer appointment, prepare letter of appointment.
  6. Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures for recruitment including the upkeep of all relevant documents (E.g. Manpower Requisition form, appointment letter templates, etc.)
  7. Assist in HQ Office Administration 

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Administration or Human Resources
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Good interpersonal and planning skills with attention to details and being meticulous
  • Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office application (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • Candidates on short or immediate notice preferred.
  • 6 months’ contract role (Renewable)
