As a Customer Service / Operations Intern, you will get the rare opportunity to know about a business and e-commerce operations. We will provide you with hands on experience in the business operation such as attending our company meeting and training. From that you are able to learn on business management, marketing, customer service, etc.
Your role includes but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer sales enquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with new customers and business partners
- Manage the day-to-day running of the various e-commerce platform including order fulfilment, data analysis.
