Sabena technics asia – Engineering Internship

Mission:

The Engineering intern is in charge of technical support of the workshop:

• Analyze OEM documentation and ensure their transcription into internal process and methods

• Check all regulation requirement for component repairs

• Study and develop new internal in-house repair capabilities

• Develop methods process to ease production

• Ensure applicability of Engineering support in IT system M3

• In charge of industrial resources. Ensure that technical resources are reliable, well maintained and in line with regulation (process and safety)

Main activities:

 Follow technical documentation update

• Put at disposal documentation for workers utilization (CMM, SB, etc..) for all equipment in Sabena technics asia workshop capability.

• Warrant conformity of working method and process in front of official documentation

• Ensure availability of tooling and technical resources needed

• Ensure availability of ingredient for working technicians needs

• Evaluate cost for technical resources

• Develop or make development of new bench test in front of technical requirement defined on documentation

  
  

Create and update manufacturing procedures in internal IT system (M3)

• Classify, analyze Shop Finding Reports for the Customer Support department

• Be the main technical focal point of OEM to ensure monitor technological developments

Follow reliability of equipment repaired by Sabena technics asia :

• Implement procedures to improve reliability of component repaired in-house

• Answer to technical questions

Objectives:

• Develop or make development of new bench test in front of technical requirement defined on documentation

• Optimize maintenance procedures in implementing preventive maintenance plans

• Warrant reliability and conformity of internal technical processes
