You would be handling inquiries from potential customers and learning the basics of our travel booking system. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry while developing customer relations and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiry Handling:

• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from potential customers via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about our travel services, destinations, pricing, and policies.
• Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Travel System Familiarization:

• Learn to navigate and utilize our travel system under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Gain proficiency in basic system functions such as booking reservations, updating customer information, and processing payments.
• Assist in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records within the travel system.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize customer satisfaction and address any challenges effectively.
