• Develop and implement marketing communications activities including brand awareness, event marketing, digital marketing and lead generation
• Support CRM campaigns, customer profiling and targeted engagement
• Design and produce creative graphics across various media
• Assist in event planning and coordination and liaise with third party vendors
• Measure and track online and offline campaign statistics and effectiveness
• Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and maintain inventory management system
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns
