Job Description

Our company is looking for an Administrative/Accounting intern who is currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.

This position is a 3 months internship starting from March 2026 to May 2026 (Full-time internship preferred). 

Undergraduate students, final-year students, or vacation interns are welcome to apply 

 

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations.
  • Review intercompany transactions and reconcile customer statements.
  • Prepare and finalize AR ageing reports.
  • Assist in the review of supplier transactions and accounts payable.
  • Issue debit and credit notes promptly to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST returns, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as needed.
