Rutosocial is a social media agency that creates content that matter. With so much content going out there, social-first thinking needs to be at the heart of a brand, and any content created at least “thumb-stopping”. We're flexible, covering strategy, creative, community management, influencers, social campaigns and much more.
We're looking for an in-house creative and copywriter who thinks social first. We want someone who isn’t afraid of taking risks, help concept social campaigns that are rooted in witty copy, cultural & local trends, and brand insights. You will work alongside a fellow creative and strategy person to make relevant and effective work.
This position is an internship with the opportunity to convert into a full-time position.
Who We Are Looking For:
1. Creative Writer: Bring multiple brand voices to life. Strong concepting and writing ability to speak simply to our audiences, and help bring social media visuals to life.
2. Content Creator: You are a creative at heart. You enjoy creating through either photography, videography, or graphic design. You'll also be required to lead or provide on-site assistance during photography and videography shoots.
3. Cultural Whizz: Have your finger on the pulse of new and upcoming trends, both cultural and local. You will be constantly seeking opportunities for our brands and can't help yourself but suggest an occasional meme.
4. Social media addict: From Instagram to TikTok -- you have a passion for and consume enough social media that you instinctively know what's cringe and what's hot.
5. Creative Brainstormer: Jump-start creative ideas, providing copy and structure as needed.
6. A team player & an independent worker: We're a very small team, so you are comfortable to work on your own with initiative to check-in as a team.
Required Skills:
- Good command in English & copywriting
- At least one creative skill (please provide your portfolio in your resume): Photography, Videography, Copywriting, Graphic Design
- Proficient in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro is a bonus
- Singaporean, 18 and above
