You will be expected to:
• perform first-level IT support to internal 1,200 users on infrastructure and IT security support requests
• involve in daily IT management functions such as:
o setting up of desktops and laptops in accordance with internal IT Policy & Procedures
o documenting support activities in our internal eTicketing system
o identify improvement to Service Desk function and internal IT processes
• participate in research work as directed by the Manager
