Service Crew (Downtown East)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
- Greet and direct guest to designated room
- Record orders, serve food and beverages
- Input orders into POS system
- Provide basic technical support
- Maintain a safe & clean environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
- Comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Benefits: Transport / Shift / Meal Allowance ProvidedWorking days: 6 days/week - By schedule
Working hours: 4.30pm to 1.30am
