RS Recruitment Agency LLP – Risk & Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:  

• Oversee, monitor and review the compliance of the internal functions with legal requirements and industry best practices
• Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
• Create, reorganize and establish any procedure or system, such as new forms, guidelines, policy statements, flow chart etc
• Perform KYC/CDD/AML checks and information searches on customer
• Support and work closely with COO and CIO in performing gap analysis and documentation
• Investigate suspicious transactions surfaced during the periodic review
• Review and dispose sanctions screening and PEP’s identification and undertake additional reputation checks and diligences as and when necessary to raise potential AML or regulatory concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business / Finance / Banking / Accountancy or related.
• 3 years of related working experience.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experienced in analysis and investigative work is mandatory
