Mystery Shopper Responsibilities :-

• Has an eye for detail and sharp observation skills
• Remaining discreet while you pose as a regular customer
• Interacting with employees in person to evaluate their service protocols
• Inspecting the store’s atmosphere to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement
• Purchasing random items to assess product quality
• Retaining receipts as proof of purchase for later reimbursement
• Completing and submitting a report detailing the shopping experience after each store visit
• Candidate must be comfortable to travel to different locations in Singapore (project manager will allocate stores close to your home address when possible)

Mystery Shopper Requirements :-

• Diploma, ITE or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Outstanding memorization abilities
• Organized, flexible disposition
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to conduct duties discreetly and impartially

Additional information :-

•  Per store rate $12
• Training will be provided
• Committed throughout the duration of the project
• Project period: Mid-May – End June 2022
