Full-Time Reservations Executive

Love the sea, people, and making every guest feel special? Royal Albatross — Singapore’s luxury tall ship — is looking for two full-time Reservations Executives to join our energetic team at Sentosa!

* About Us

We’re Singapore’s most unique attraction — a luxury tall ship offering unforgettable cruises, from romantic sunset dinners to fun dog-friendly adventures! Working here means trading a cubicle for the ocean breeze, and a routine job for meaningful moments that bring smiles to guests from around the world.

* What You’ll Do

  • Be the first friendly contact for guests — assist with enquiries, bookings, and special requests via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

  • Support guest check-ins and use simple IT systems or booking tools to ensure smooth, accurate operations.

  • Provide courteous, respectful, and attentive service at all times — you represent the spirit of the Royal Albatross!

  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver seamless cruise experiences.

  • Help guests — from tourists to locals — create beautiful memories onboard.

* Who You Are

  • Friendly, polite, and professional — you know how to make guests feel welcome.

  • Enjoys talking to people and solving problems with a smile.

  • Able to work weekends and public holidays (we’re busiest when others play!).

  • Comfortable using basic computer systems or technology (training provided).

  • Positive team player who loves the sea, boats, and hospitality.

  • Previous experience in tourism, customer service, or hospitality is a plus — but attitude matters more!
