You Should possess these attributes:

- Good knowledge in technical aspects of cameras
- Confident to be behind a camera to film
- Confident in giving direction to talents
- Proficient in editing software(Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized and efficient
- Able to work independently
- General Admin work when required
- Willing to learn
- Takes initiative
