Software Application and Reporting

• Maintain SAP material master database for spare parts and complimentary articles.
• Maintain SAP QM module for new projects BOM uploading, Quality and Warehouse plans.
• Maintain Guideline Portal for procedures and templates
• Maintain equipment calibration schedule.
• Generate weekly and monthly quality reports
• Generate inspection reports

Practical and Communication

• Follow-up with Auditees on Process Audit findings and update Audit Database
• Follow-up with issue owners on updates on quality issues and update QDS-C database
• Conduct Product audit and verification on critical component list.
• Perform incoming material quality inspection and update SAP database
• Perform outgoing device quality inspection and update SAP database
• Verify defective material and coordinate disposition, and update SAP database
