Rohde & Schwarz Asia Pte Ltd – Contract Management Intern

Rohde & Schwarz develops, produces and markets a wide range of electronic capital goods for industry, infrastructure operators and government customers. • Assist to prepare and vetting of contracts including risk management, commercial management and compliance to corporate guidelines
• Bidding project support: Vetting of bidding document and compilation of the required commercial document in bid submission.
• Support legal, company secretarial and commercial or financial matters / functions / topics of the company.
• Interaction / close coordination / cooperation with Rohde & Schwarz German headquarters in Munich in order to ensure alignment of commercial and legal policies.
• Organized and able to follow through issues
• Articulate and communicate properly in both spoken and written English
• Good team player, proactive to ask and clarify whenever needed
