- Assist with general administrative duties
- Prepare invitation letters for visitors and customers
- Manage and ordering of stationery and pantry supplies
- Maintaining of office facilities; daily check on meeting rooms and common areas
- Other ad-hoc tasks / responsibilities as assigned
