  • To ensure smooth operations. Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and liaise with owner/clients or agents on vessel boarding details.
  • Process all necessary formalities, declarations, permits, and safety induction courses for shipyard job
  • Arranging and coordinating supply/delivery of ship spares
  • Prepare all reports after servicing is done and highlight the various services/materials
  • Provide full administrative support to the Manager
  • On Job training will be provided
