Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform HR-related and administrative duties
  • Manage job postings(s) and candidate(s) on various talent and recruitment portals.
  • Arrangement of Interviews and Management of recruitment pipelines with recruitment software
  • Drafting of HR documents, such as Offer Letters, Raise Letters…etc
  • Assisting with Employee Relations and Company-Employee Communication via communication channels
  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
  • Maintaining Leave record system to support Finance and Payroll
  • Maintaining employee files, HR filing system through HR software

  • Independent and self-initiated
  • Skilled at multi-tasking
  • Basic MS office knowledge
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work in a team and independently when required
  • Possesses a strong drive to learn and acquire new skills
  • Keen to work in a start-up environment

Commitment Period

  • Minimum 3 months
  • Recommended 6 months

Location & Hours

Location: 

  • 201B Thomson Rd, Goldhill Centre, Singapore (Novena)
  • Desk-based office, air-conditioned environment

Working Hours:

  • 4 or 5 work days (Mixture of weekdays and weekends is possible)
  • Duration: 9am – 6pm with 1-hour lunch break
