Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Track current open positions and application status
- Source for candidates through various recruitment channels
- Evaluate and screen applications received
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up on interview feedback
- Contact new employees and prepare for onboarding sessions (e.g. first day orientation documents, pre-employment medical check-up form etc.)
- Consolidate new hire documentation with new employees
- Maintain updated and complete records of new hires and exiting employees
- Administer virtual assessment centre tests to candidates where necessary
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Business Partners
- Support with Personnel Marketing activities such as employer branding, university talks and networking events
Requirements:
- Pursuing diploma or degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks by deadlines
- Independent learner and proactive problem solver
- Familiarity with social media and LinkedIn would be a plus
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
