Robert Bosch SEA Pte Ltd – Intern, Sales Force Management (Automotive Aftermarket)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition Project Management

• Liaison for sales project development between the 8 countries in Asia Pacific   Southeast and Region Marketing Department in Singapore
• Tracking of project performance upon acquisition and realization
• Potential pipeline and sales data analysis

Sales Force Management

• Liaise with the 8 countries in Asia Pacific Southeast to assure execution and accurancy of Sales Force data
• Implementation and coordination of Sales Force Tools in all APS countries
• OneNote key account and system administrator
• Customer hierarchy management for APS in coordination with the German Bosch headquarter

Administration and Support

• Support and coordinate on all administrative matters when necessary to the Head of Department and Supervisor

Requirements:

• Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and strong willingness to learn, to join our team
• Able to work with colleagues within the region with varying level of language proficiencies & having cultural awareness
• At least intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest & knowledge in automotive industry and developments in Asia Pacific region – is a plus
• Preferably undergraduate in either or Business, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering
• Able to work in a multinational environment
• Knowledge in OneNote and PowerBI is a plus

Eligibility:

• Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
• For  foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must      fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time     internship  during the school term:
  • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
  • The      internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by      your university or educational institution. The industrial  attachment     can be either compulsory or elective but it must  contribute towards    your  graduation requirements.

• For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP)
  • Between 18 to 25 years old (inclusive) as of date of WHP application
  • Undergraduate      or graduate from university in Australia, France, Germany, Hong   Kong,    Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
