Responsibilities:
• Support in analyzing and assessment of weekly WAN utilization report
• Quality Management of user documentation and administration of T&R and SharePoint
• Support in general administrative tasks within the network team
• Support in documentation of provider's performance (KPI's, statistics and reports)
• Assisting in generating of internal performance reports
• Contact person for the Provider Manager of CI/OSR5-SG
• Assistance to BCN coordinators in daily operation
• Support in RFP WAN preparation
Requirements:
• Basic IT knowledge - network knowledge will be a plus
• Ability to work in international teams and intercultural openness.
• Good written and communication skills
• Result and customer oriented
• Highly responsible and flexible
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
