Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager to generate service quality KPI reports for services managed by department
  • Follow-up with involved stakeholders for service management issues
  • Assist the group leader in daily IT Business administration tasks


Requirements:

  • Interested in understanding and having hands-on experience on how service management is implemented in IT workspace
  • Have interest in acquiring insights and skills in the IT business activities
  • Currently enrolled in a polytechnic/university
  • For non-local students, fulfills the requirements for Work Holiday Pass
  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months
