Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the ASEAN HR Community webpage in Bosch Connect
  • Liaise with HR offices across the ASEAN region to prepare report submission (e.g. Employee turnover rate, exit interview)
  • Assist in the preparation of HR topics materials for management meeting
  • Support in the conceptualization of ASEAN personnel marketing
  • Support in Employee Branding projects

Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in a polytechnic/university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and willing to learn
  • Highly motivated and proactive
