Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Disposal sighting – Disposal sighting with Corporate Information (CI). Intern will do the sighting, witness, compile the list and update the deactivation in SAP.
  • Mitigating control – Intern usually help me to gather all supporting from diff division (more than 100 documents).
  • Bank clearing (Daily basis, intern help to reconcile bank transaction for ST 0619 & 0629) and report daily cash balance to Germany.
  • Asset coordination (transfer/sales) – Any transfer or sales take place, intern can help to sight and prepare documentation.
  • Assists in reconciliations – Bank/Financial Accounting reconciliation. 
  • E-journal supporting compiling
  • Perform fixed asset confirmation annually

Requirements:

  • Preferably general knowledge of SAP system
  • Good Microsoft skills (Words, Excel, Pivot …)
  • Good Communication skills

Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
  • For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
  • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
