Responsibilities
You will take on the role as a controller (intern) in the Security Systems department in Robert Bosch SEA Pte Ltd. Your primary function is to support controlling functions for the country sales offices. (M'sia; Singapore; Vietnam; Philippines; etc)
You will be:
- Responsible for generating reports (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) system) periodically and as and when required.
- Involved in credit management process
- Involve in stocktaking process (in Nov)
- Involve in the Accounts Payable invoice verification process
- Work on process improvement assignment
- Other ad hoc assignment
Requirements
- Student with a diploma or degree in business accountancy or related disciplines
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills (advanced formula, pivot table)
- Good communication skills in order to communicate with Asia Pacific countries' associates
Eligibility
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
