- Monthly ICR audit
- Preparation of documents before the negotiation
- Pre-sourcing and sending out RFP and comparing price lists; price discrepancy reporting
- Reviewing the financial stability of suppliers
- Running reports and creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Participating in cross-functional meetings
- Monthly audits
