RVI (https://rivervalleyirregulars.com) is a youth tech platform supporting youth with irregular backgrounds or aspirations by providing opportunities for growth and meaningful collaboration.

As a Marketing & Design Intern, you will be part of a driven and dynamic tech start-up team bringing the River Valley Irregulars (RVI) vision to life – to give every youth the power to determine their own future. 

Responsibilities:

• Expand our social media presence through creating relevant, quality content including video creation, designing collaterals and writing copy
• Support marketing outreach events and workshops through event planning, facilitation and connecting with youth 
• Conduct market research and analysis to translate feedback into actionable items 
• Assist in partnerships with institutions, companies, youth organisations and other admin matters

Requirements: 

• Experience marketing events and digital products across multiple platforms through creating video content and other collaterals
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
• A strong connection to youth culture with a pulse on what’s important to youth, including a heart for uplifting those who have chosen a different path
• The motivation to learn and respond well to feedback 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or alternative apps
