Job Description
  1. Work with a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  3. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  4. Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
  5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  6. Gather customer feedback and share with team members
