Job Description

MISSION

Are you a highly driven person, curious and open to exploring various pillars of the Human Resources function with an emphasis on People Experience & Operations? If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join Cartier SEAO as Human Resources Coordinator Intern based in Singapore, starting on August 2023.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into advanced HR practices in one of the leading Maisons of the luxury industry. You will be part of the Regional HR team, manage key HR operational processes, and actively participate in regional HR projects. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Regional and Singapore/Malaysia market teams in HR daily operations and administration.
  • Support Regional HR team to ensure a smooth process of onboarding and offboarding by initiating and following up activities along the Employee Lifecycle (entry process, transfer of employees, contractual changes, and departure of an employee);
  • Update & regularly review employees’ records in SAP to ensure smooth and compliant processes as well as effective ways of working;
  • Provide support in HR activities and projects, such as performance management, people development, employee engagement etc.;
  • Support Regional HR team to build HR communication assets for the regional teams to reinforce the transparency of the organization;
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or economics
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable working independently but also as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of SAP
