Job Description

A. Records keeping and accounts:

To maintain and keep records for the Site operation:

  • To assist and liaise with HO accountant on all issues relating to the books of accounts of the MCST
    • Daily collection of mails from mail box
    • Attend to cash/cheque receipts and payments
    • Weekly bank-in of cheques
    • Record keeping of residents details and datas
    • Issue of carpark labels, residents pass and access cards

B. To assist the Condo Manager in her duties and areas of responsibility as follows:

Administrative Area:

  1. To deal with complaints, queries and suggestions received about the property and keep records of all such complaints, queries ad suggestions. Where necessary, the Managing Agent shall bring such complaints, queries and suggestions to the attention of the Management Corporation;

  3. To arrange to take up insurance policies against fire, public liability, workmen’s compensation, all risks and other insurance as directed by the Management Corporation;
  4. To manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondence, documents and materials pertaining to the Management Corporation matters;
  5. To maintain and update the Strata Roll of the property;
  6. To inform of the Management Corporation accordingly upon receipt of any notices from the authorities;
  7. To control and manage the use of the common property, including any recreational and car park facilities;
  8. To give notices to any person in the property to comply with or remedy a breach of any of the Management Corporation by-laws approved by the Management Corporation;
  9. To co-ordinate applications to the relevant authorities, other competent authority for all and any licenses, permissions and consents required by the relevant legislation to the management of the property on behalf of the Management Corporation.
