2025 RHB HR Internship Programme
During your internship, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the bank and our various business segments. In addition, you will be provided with opportunities to network with our senior leaders.
You will be required to undertake various projects during the internship. At the end of the programme, you will present your learning to the team members.
As an intern with the HR Operations team, you would have the opportunity to some exposure to both teams and also to participate in transformation project.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Support with organizational structure planning exercises
- Support HR System Testing
- Support key HR project of Background Screening function, including full review of pre- and post-hiring documents and guideline parameters
- Provide professional direct-to-employee HR support and requests such as enquiries handling, reference letters generation, reviewing of CBS reports
- Reviewing/updating employee handbook and travel policy
- Assist with Background Verification enquiry responses
- Assist with HR Transformation projects
- Assist with performance management exercises
- Assist and support with HR internal communications
- Ad hoc projects and duties as and when required
By the end of the internship, you would you would have attained an overview of a HR Business Partnering and HR Operations in RHB Singapore, as well as exposure to HR function in the Financial Sector. You would also be expose to HR technologies such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, Enboarder, Workplace & LinkedIn Learning.
