Our company undertakes turnkey project for Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning & Refrigeration in the Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry.
We provide from Project management, design, fabrication, installation to full commissioning. Projects undertaken include Singapore, Indonesia Batam, UAE, China. Our company core business is also in repairs & maintenance in the related field which dates back since 1973.
- Job Description
-Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
-Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
-Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
-Reconcile vendors’ DO with PO
-Perform other purchasing/ admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
-At least 1 to 2 years of work experience is required
-Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
-Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
- Good coordination and communication skills
