Revolution Singapore – Business Process Writer

Business Process Writer (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Document business processes and best practices
• Highlight gaps and agree next steps/timings to document all business processes
• Agree format and structure for all business process documentation
• Assist in the revision and/or creation of documentation, ensuring all business processes are documented in the same format / structure, presented in an easily digestible format
• Pilot / road test documentation with end users to ensure information is fit for purpose
• Support new process/changes with 'as is' and 'to be' documentation

Skills and Experience:-

• A passion for writing and documentation
• Business Process evaluation and design
• Currently an undergraduate student in an Arts (Journalism), Communications or similar related degree
• MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Part time role. Minimum 20 hours per week.
