Accounting

The Opportunity

  • Everyday, engage in the processing of full set of accounts, including timely month-end closing of preparation of management reports  and learn firsthand about basic accounting practices and more. Job Responsibilities

  • Full set of accounts, including timely month-end closing of preparation of management reports
  • Assist in statutory filings
  • Coordinate, develop, maintain and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process and financial controls
  • Assist on HR related administrative duties
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned

Requirements

Experience

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Accounting  
  • Familiarity with accounting databases and standard accounting procedures

Skills

  • Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and Microsoft Office suite. Fluent in Excel will be a plus!
  • Knowledge of existing, local accounting legislations and policies
  • The ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Meticulousness in paperwork management and processing
  • There will be communication with China's clients. Proficiency in Chinese is a must.
