Replicast AI Pte Ltd – 3D & Media Production Intern

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to join our Production & Engineering team. You’ll work closely with our artists and engineers to polish videos, photos, and visual assets that bring our AI avatars to life. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual media, storytelling, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine avatar-related videos — trimming, color correction, compositing, and syncing visuals with audio.

• Enhance photos to ensure our digital avatars look natural and lifelike.

• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain visual consistency and high production standards.

• Prepare and organize media assets for demos, product showcases, and online presentations.

• Support the integration of visual content into product or web demo environments.

• Maintain organized libraries for video, photo, and promotional media.

• Assist in setting up and running live technical demos for clients and partners, and at tradeshow events

• Troubleshoot and ensure smooth playback and presentation quality during sessions.

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Film/Media Production, Digital Media, Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.

• Strong eye for lighting, color, composition, and motion.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative tasks.

Bonus Skills 

• Experience or interest in 3D modeling or rendering (e.g., Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya).

• Basic front-end development knowledge (React.js or similar).

• Understanding of audio editing or sound design.

• Familiarity with Git or version control tools.

• A portfolio showcasing your video, photo, or visual design work.
