- Job Description
PROCUREMENT INTERN
- Source materials and do competitive bidding for new materials
- Issue PO and monitor the delivery
- Arrange shipment to client's location
- Follow up payment to ensure items deliver on time
- Coordinate any issue or technical matters to relevant department
- Issue PI to client
- Coordinate items' status to clients and project team
- Conduct Item and shipping inspection to ensure item ordered are in good quality
