Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Mergers and Acquisition efforts with the portfolio company
- Plan and Implement merger integration strategies
- Implement operational improvement strategies across the portfolio business together
- Review business plans and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
- Research market trends and dynamics
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Business
- Previous work experience ideally in finance, start-ups or consulting
- Strong analytical abilities and keen interest in technology, business and entrepreneurship
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team player, open-minded
Period of Engagement:
