Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with key members of the management team to with the following:
- Main functions will be in: business strategy (reporting, marketing, buying), partnerships
Prepare daily and weekly reports for operations and marketing campaigns, and also make suggestions for measures to improve effectiveness.
Identify business trends and formulate strategies based on analysis.
Identify strategic brand, marketing and affiliate partners and help them understand the benefits of working with us.
Manage relationships with existing and potential marketing, logistics and brand partners, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, and campaign activations.
Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial, proactive, high-intensity culture.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (academic results do not matter), or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years' working experience.
Quantitative and analytical thinker.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to shatter existing paradigms and break free of own comfort zone, and ability to find innovative solutions to problems in the quickest possible time.
Candidates must be currently located in Singapore and be legal to work here without a permit.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Knowledge of and passion for the fashion industry, both generally and on social media.
Any previous entrepreneurial experience (including failures) or involvement with any early-stage start-ups will be considered extremely favourably.
