A multi-disciplinary design practice established since 1994. We specialise in project feasibility studies, interior design, corporate branding, landscape and project furnishing. Our dedicated teams of creative and technical staffs are grouped into teams that follow projects from conceptual to completion.
These concepts are then used to develop the design at all levels and scales, creating a design language unique for the project.

- Attend client / project meeting & negotiation
- Prepare tender documentation
- process claims and contractual payment
- Cost estimation & Preparation and submission of variation to client
- Final account administration
- Familiar with SIA and REDAS Form of Contract administration
Familiar with SOP Act Administration - Contract administration
- To manage project profitability, costing, material sourcing, and all related tasks in contract administration; i.e. Tender documentation, specification, evaluation and report.
- To assist in project management, progress claim preparation and payment certifications, project final accounts report preparation etc, including sub-contractors PO & payment certification.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior.
- Reviewing of tender documents, drawings and requirements
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of the tender submission
- Prepare and analyse costings for tender
- Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
- At least 1 year of experience in similar field.
- Professional diploma or degree in building surveying, construction management, architecture, engineering, project management or related studies.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, project management an advantage.
- Able to start work within short notice period.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
