Renaissance Planners & Designers Pte Ltd is a multi - disciplinary design practice established in 1994.
The office currently employs a staff of 15. Creative and technical staff are grouped into teams that follow projects all the way through from concept to completion.
Philosophy
Renaissance's strategy is to study various requirements of the client. Through negotiating the conflicting requirements of site, climate, technologies and various consultants, a "concept" is produced that incorporates all these requirements.
These concepts are then used to develop the design at all levels and scales, creating a design language unique for the project.
We do not propose a particular style as they limit options available, and stifle exploration.
Renaissance believes good design is produced from careful study and research, combined with technical knowledge and artistic judgement.
Attention to detail, proportions and scale, together with common sense ensures the finished project fully develops within the concept.
Today, modern Asian houses have evolved as a response to the increasingly tight suburban lots and the need to use the fronts, rear and side setback as "viewing courts". The courts allow a dialogue between the interior & the exterior spaces.
Experience in designing landed properties/houses in Singapore. Strong in Architecture, concepts & space planning
Knowledge of URA guidelines
Knowledge of Interior and Landscape design will be a advantage
