- Responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers
- Provide prompt solutions to our customers, bringing delightful services to every users
- Assist to streamline and develop policies that enhances the overall cutomer engagement process
- Assist the company in day to day operations of the company
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and respond
- Have worked in the customer service industry for at least 1 year
- Have a friendly attitude and cheerful personality
- Be meticulous in executing your work
